Grandma's Potato Salad

This is the recipe I am asked to make time and time again. I even have Grandma's express approval of multiple batches of potato salad over the years!
My Grandma made potato salad all her own and I'm here to share it with you! If you've been looking for a mild mustard potato salad this one is for you!

Prep Time: 90 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours
Course: Dinner, Side Dish, Main Course
Cuisine: American
Servings: 12+
You can divide the ingredients in half to make a smaller batch. I like to cook large meals and have leftovers instead of cooking every single day around our family's busy schedule!

Ingredients
Russet Potatoes
Eggs
Radishes
Onion
Salad Dressing
Yellow Mustard
Step 1: Prepare and Boil
Rinse, peel, and boil the potatoes for about 15 minutes until fork tender. Also, boil the eggs for about 13 minutes until they are hard boiled. Set both of them aside until they are cool enough to handle by hand.
Step 2: Dice and Mix
Once your 2 boiled ingredients have cooled, finely dice them. Finely dice all remaining vegetables. When all ingredients are diced to desired size, mix them together with salad dressing and mustard until desired flavor and texture is reached. Serve Cold and Enjoy!
