Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Crispy Garlic Bread

Updated: Dec 7, 2023

Made with simple ingredients, and by far the best part: sharp cheese with tons of flavor.

One of my favorite go-to appetizers to bring to a party or holiday gathering is spinach and artichoke dip. It's very easy to make and it's always a hit!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 120 minutes

Total Time: 135 minutes

Course: Side Dish, Appetizer

Cuisine: American

Servings: 8+

You can divide the ingredients in half to make a smaller batch or double it to make it larger

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Fresh Spinach, chopped

  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, chopped

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 2 oz Feta Cheese

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • 4 oz Parmesan, shredded

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream

  • 1 head Garlic, minced

  • 1 French Baguette, sliced

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled

Directions

  • Add vegetables, cheeses, sour cream, and minced garlic to a slow cooker. Cook on medium heat, mixing occasionally, until all cheese is melted and mixes well together.

  • Slice the French bread into 1/4" slices. Brush with olive oil. Bake for 15 mins. Rub cooked bread slices with fresh garlic cloves.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in a slow cooker or in the microwave.

Substitutions

• I recommend the combo of feta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese but you can add any cheese you would like.

• You can also adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste. I like to add ground black pepper to taste.
